I believe most Linux distros support 7z files out of the box or can be easily installed via the Software Centre. If you have Windows but don’t have 7zip.This will depend on which OS you have running. Download VMWare Player or VMWare Fusion.Download the virtual machine 7zip image.Keep in mind, you download speed will depend on where you are and which server you are pulling from. Also put a copy on my OneDrive business account so in total, we have 4 locations sharing it. The midwest server is on a 10GB connection and 1GB east coast. I've speed tested downloads from each location and get between 50MB/s to 287MB/s using the office connection. The FSC server is redundant between midwest and east coast.
